Smartphone and tablet users aren’t content with current network speeds

In a research survey by Keynote Competitive Research  it has been determined that users of smartphones and tablets are not satisfied with the speeds that their network provide especially when it comes to loading web pages. Two thirds of smartphone users stated that the web pages loaded to slowly on their devices and nearly have mentioned that their biggest mobile frustration was that the webpages were not smartphone optimised. It is no secret that our lives today are powered by the internet and the cloud, and thus users are choosing to access online content and services through various mediums. Perhaps the network providers are a little bit deluded as to what the end user wants, but most if not all users want speedy access to their content while they are mobile.
The research survey also mentioned that mobile browsers are the tool of choice for consuming on-the-go information as opposed to mobile apps which the majority of users use to access email and other personal tasks such as banking.  If you would like more details as to what else the report mentions, read more here.
